From schedule to reply, without an account

An illustrative walkthrough of a substitute request. This page does not send an invitation.

1. 01 · Schedule

   The organiser selects a date in the schedule and requests a substitute for the Sound Technician role.

2. 02 · Private invite

   The organiser copies a private link and chooses where to share it. Tour Assistant does not send messages automatically.

3. 03 · Reply without an account

   Reply recorded: accepted

   The confirmation appears on the request and syncs to the organiser’s schedule.

   The invitee sees only this date and can accept or decline in a browser, without creating an account. Documents and other dates stay private.
